Athletic Development

We are excited to welcome you to the UDS Gryphon athletic year! We look forward to a year of success for all of our student athletes on the playing surface, in the classroom, and as ambassadors for our great school in the South Charlotte, Union County region.

 

Athletics is the front porch of Union Day School and is designed to further the educational development of young women and men through participation. We believe strongly in the value of school sports. We love seeing students build friendships, create lifetime memories, celebrate their successes, and learn from their failures. Our coaches enjoy getting to know kids, teaching leadership skills, helping students deal with adversity, and modeling good sportsmanship on the field and in the stands.
